Is it mandatory to deploy on mainnet ?

Hey team, Is it mandatory for hackathon participants to deploy their project and verified smart contracts on mainnet?
Cannot we submit the project and verified smart contracts on testnet itself ?

    Hi Aniruddha. This quarter we are only allowing new projects that are deployed on mainnet.
