Projects from other hackathons

We build project for another hackathon - VideoNotary system, but unfortunately we didnt fit their timeline. Your hackathon was started at May 08 - so, technically, since we started our project later - its brand new project.

At this point our project exists only as "concept with few figma pages designed".
Can we apply for your hackathon?

  Hey Andrew, thanks for your question! The project needs to be completely new with no work done before May 8th.

  It looks like your project already exists https://videonotary.io/ and has been worked on for a while now.

  I checked https://fantom.foundation/ and I cant understand, whats primary focus of the Fantom? (for example, previous hackathon was by theta token - they are focused on storing video in blockchain.)

  Do Fantom.foundation have any specialization?
